Week 1

Delegates of each country associated with the Three Seas Initiative are going to receive an invitation to visit Warsaw for two weeks in August 2022. 

During the first week participants will be provided with accommodation in a hotel in Warsaw and have a chance to get to know one another. 

Within the first 3 days, attendees will take part in workshops led by experts from around the region, dedicated to developing skills that every young leader should possess. Topics covered in seminars include presentation and argumentation skills, system thinking, time management or negotiations. On top of that, we'll conduct personality tests.

In the next 2 days appointees representing 3 areas of interest (civic policy, social activity and business) will improve their knowledge within their specialisation.  

• Those pursuing business careers will attend seminars about effective communication with customers, acquisition of funding, company development strategies and more. 
• Participants interested in civic policy will talk about development of the electoral programme, ways of engaging youth in local affairs and other policy-related matters
• Activists willing to enhance their social impact will cover topics like strategic planning for non-governmental organisations, monitoring and evaluation of projects or the importance and use of PR in social activities. 

At the end of the first week we planned a trip to Cracow!
