- I would like to take part in the project. How can I join?

The first stage of recruitment takes place through the application form, which can be found at this link.
- What is the application deadline?

The application form will last from 2.05.2022 to 31.05.2022.
- In what language will the project be conducted?

The project will be conducted entirely in English.
- Do I have to be a student to apply? Is there an age limit?

Yes, in order to apply for the Program you must be a student between 18 and 26 years old.
- How many people will be accepted?

The Recruitment Team will qualify 40 Participants, min. 3 people from each of the Three Seas Initiative countries specified in the area of business, social activity and civic policy, based on the preferences specified in the application form.
- How will my application be evaluated?

Application forms will be evaluated on the basis of:
- the Candidate's professional experience to date,
- additional activities, awards and distinctions received,
- quality and insightfulness of answers to the content-related questions.
- When will I know if I have been selected? What are the next steps?

You will be informed about the results of certain parts of the recruitment process via email.
The results of the first stage (application forms) will be emailed to you at the beginning of June regardless of whether you get to the next stage.
If you make it to the next stage of the recruitment process, you will be invited to an online interview in June.
The best 40 Candidates after two stages and, consequently, the participants of the Three Seas Leadership School 2022 will be announced by the end of June.
- Where & when the project will take place?

The project has been divided into two parts: the remote part and the stationary part.
The implementation of the remote part of the School will take place between 1-14 August 2022.
The implementation of the stationary part of the School will take place on August 15-28, 2022.
It will be held mainly in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. The exact place of stay will be communicated to the participants after the recruitment results. During one of the weekends, there will also be a sightseeing trip to Cracow.
- Do I have to pay to take part in the project?

No, you don’t have to. Each Participant is entitled to a scholarship of PLN 1,510, the cover of which is intended for reimbursement:
- costs of arrival to Poland and return to the place of residence;
- partial food costs (6 dinners in the first week of the School and meals on the weekend between the first and second week of the School);
- accident insurance costs.
The scholarship will be paid to the bank account provided by the Participant. Moreover, the Organiser provides hotel breakfasts and lunches during the first week and meals a day during the second week of the School, as well as costs of accommodation and trip to Cracow.
- Can I participate in only part of the project?

No, if you pass the recruitment process, you have to take part in the whole of the Project.
- Who created this programme?

The programme is financed by NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange) and organized by SGH Warsaw School of Economics with the support of the European Foundation of Entrepreneurship Development.
- Do I need to prepare for the event in any way?
-
Prepare travel documents, buy a ticket in advance and, of course, an open mind and desire to gain knowledge!
